Keeping constant track of your dedicated service is often a challenging and time–swallowing process. It takes time, which you’d better invest in other things, such as making your site a lot better. If you take advantage of our Optional Admin Services option, we will be keeping an eye on your server. We have built a one–of–a–kind monitoring and notification mechanism, which will warn our admins automatically the minute anything goes wrong with your server. They will then investigate the nature of the problem.

Backup Space

Keeping a backup of your website is really tough when you have to do it yourself. You’ll need to find a place for your backups – if possible on a different physical machine; you will need to make backups; you will need to test if everything is working. We provide you with a simple alternative. Our Optional Admin Services package offers you 50 GB of disk space on one of our stable backup servers. And we will help you with the backups. And because all the servers are part of the same network, the backups will be created as fast as possible.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If there is a script failing to install or some problem troubling your hosting server, you can spend your time and effort striving to repair everything all by yourself or you can let our knowledgeable tech support team representatives and our sysadmins complete the task on your behalf. Our Optional Admin Services package covers installation and troubleshooting procedures. What this means is that you will have the full, undivided attention of one of our admins who will install anything you want on your web hosting server or fix any serious problem that obstructs you and prevents you from getting your job done.
