Taking care of a virtual server is generally a tough task. You either have to do the work yourself , in other words spend a lot of your time to keeping an eye on your virtual server, or you have to arrange a third–party tool whose only job will be to watch over your virtual server. And that is where our Optional Admin Services solution will help you out. Thanks to it, your VPS will be entered in our custom–developed server monitoring software system, which will keep an eye on all the important services. And in the event of a service problem, our skilled server admins will be alerted at once and they will rectify the trouble ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your hosted content is crucial – one never knows when something can go wrong. And having signed for the Optional Admin Services option, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you being required to install and configure anything. And the backup copies are always retained on a server with numerous RAID–configured hard disk drives. It means that your content will always be safe, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you have full freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. Still, a part of the scripts are harder to install and might require some additional configuration from you. This is where our Optional Admin Services solution will come in real handy. It features half an hour of installation & trouble–shooting duties – in other words you can basically hire one of our proficient server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any application that you desire. And/or have him take care of a problem that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an add–on for the KVM VPS Servers.
